I have not received my portal invitation. What should I do?

Look for an email from invitations@portal.claimsorted.com and check your spam or junk folder. The invitation is sent to the primary contact address supplied to ClaimSorted.

If it is still missing or has expired, email claims@support.claimsorted.com with your company name, DSP shortcode and the address that should receive access.

Why do I see “Account not found”?

Sign in at portal.claimsorted.com using exactly the same email address that received the invitation. An account is not created until the invitation has been accepted.

Do not use system.claimsorted.com, which is the internal ClaimSorted system. If you need access with another address, ask us to add it.

How do I set up two-factor authentication (2FA)?

Install Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator on your phone. Sign in to the portal, scan the QR code shown on screen, then enter the current six-digit code from the app.

2FA is mandatory for every portal account and cannot be disabled.

The portal asks for a code, but I cannot see a QR code.

Make sure you are signing in with the email address used to create the account. Sign out, close the browser tab, and sign in again at portal.claimsorted.com.

If the QR code still does not appear, contact claims@support.claimsorted.com. Your incomplete 2FA setup may need to be reset before you try again.

My authenticator code is rejected, or I changed/lost my phone.

Enter the newest six-digit code before it refreshes and make sure your phone date and time are set automatically.

If you no longer have the device linked to the account, contact claims@support.claimsorted.com so we can verify the account and reset 2FA.

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

Use “Forgot password?” on the portal sign-in page. Enter the exact email address linked to your portal account and follow the verification steps.

I signed in but see “Access denied”.

Check that you used the invited email address and the partner portal URL. If the message remains, send us a screenshot, the page URL, your DSP shortcode and sign-in email so we can check your access.

Can another colleague access the same DSP claims?

Yes. Email claims@support.claimsorted.com with the DSP shortcode, the requested user names and email addresses, and confirm which address should remain the primary contact.

Additional users can sign in and view the same DSP claims, but operational and claim communications are sent only to the primary email address.
